We posted one letter at a time before we posted a single bánh mì. Made by hand, from scratch, with the goal of building something crunchy.

we got it wrong a lot
The beef came from bò né. Avocado went into the chicken one to fix a taste test that wasn't working. Tofu Fly took a few versions before we stopped adding things and let the tofu be the filling.
